Sungbo Eredo

Sungbo Eredo

Sungbo eredo is a lost ancient Yoruba city known for its long and deep defensive wall. The place spans from Epe in Lagos to Ogun state. I would say the fortress was constructed to defend Queen Sungbo’s kingdom and her treasures. The ruins lie deep in the forest and would need rigorous hiking. This is the number 1 uncharted site for tourists in Lagos. Archaeologists are welcome to explore!
